I had a bit of time, so I installed a few more games on my Sony Ericson W800i. I tried to remember some of the games I played on my k310i almost twenty years ago (yes, I was poor and this was the best I could get). I remembered a lot of games, but also some that I really liked.
First of all, I liked the Cars movie game. Unfortunately, I did not find it in a resolution suitable for my w800i (for younger readers - yes, you really did need to download the game with the exact resolution for your screen to run it properly). Another game I really liked (I was a kid) was Sven... the purpose of this top-down game is to control black sheep with the task of mating with all the white sheep around, and avoiding the farmer. This game is not presentable on serious web...
So... the first one I can show you is .... Gravity Defied:
It was a game that everyone had on their phone. The absolute must-have for all of us. We competed with each other to beat the time of each level and were proud of beating the record by hundredths of a second. Another achievement was... "Have you already beaten the 'impossible' jump in level XXX?
And... that level was really short, took about 7 seconds to fail or pass. I cannot really remember which version of the game contained that level, as there were several different versions with different level packs, and one huge version with about 600 tracks. Sorry, too many years ago.
Another game I remember was Freestyle Moto-X. I am almost sure that I played the first one, but it is unsearchable, so I just installed the second one. It is about beating tricks, time limit, ghost opponents etc. In some challenges you can get special parts for your bike, and with these parts you can get higher ratings in previous levels... I can offer you a screenshot from the version I have, but I am still doing my best to find the first game.
I also remember that many of the games were translated into my mother tongue (Czech). Nowadays it is really hard to find Czech versions of these old games, but back then it was quite common that every second game in our country was in Czech. So the only one I found that works is Crash Test Dummies. And I offer a screenshot from this game:
I also remember that I had a soccer-related game that was also translated into Czech, and the thing I remember about it, even though I don't like soccer, is that there was some kind of event where "a naked fan entered the field" and it started a mini-game where I had to evade the security guards as long as possible. I am really sad that I still cannot find out which football game it was, because I really want to play it again... If you have any tips, feel free to write the name of the game, please.
